Early check-in and late check-out may be considered subject to availability.
Late check-out after 12:00 PM attracts 50% of the normal room rate.

All reservations must be confirmed. Unconfirmed reservations may not be guaranteed after 6:00 PM on the day of check-in.

• Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
• Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited. A fine of ₦100,000 applies for any violation.
• Gambling, contraband goods, drugs, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are properly registered at the hotel reception.
• The management must be informed of any photo shoot within the hotel premises , which attracts an additional charge.
